Hi, I’m Giovanny. I’m an entry-level IT professional with a CompTIA A+ certification and a strong interest in technology and problem solving. I enjoy learning how systems work and helping people fix technical issues. Even though I don’t have formal IT job experience yet, I don’t let that hold me back. I spend my time building home labs. My goal is to keep learning, gain experience, and grow into a strong IT support and security professional.
